Creation of an Amarna city somewhere in Canada or Alaska that gets its revenue from oil. The cold drives off the physically infirm and old while some Jewish inspired techniques of soliciting to only Amarna owned business will stop any libtards from moving in and making a living. It used to be that you could use "credit hacking" to receive a credit line to borrow far beyond the limit you ought to be allowed. To construct the pseudo Death Note, we'll have to require these materials.

1. Notebook and pencil
2. A knife or any blunt object.
3. Nigger weed

For one you really just need a simple notebook and pencil, and write "death note" on the cover. Secondly you have to hide it from everybody else. For step two convince a brutish drug addicted man over 6'5 to be your "Shinigami", in exchange for the nigger-weed joints you found on the ground. In this Nigger Vagina prison, he'll act as your minion from now on and do your deeds.

From this point, you basically have the recipe to your Death Note. All you have to tell him basically is that he must kill the person on your Death Note, or basically hit list and he will do your bidding in exchange for your left-over nigger weed joints. Now you ask, what the hell do I do if he gets caught or arresed? No biggie, just find another brute, put him in the same costume and repeat the process

Can vouch for this working, saved me tons of bitcoin for assassins on the deep web, both legitimate and scams.  Sometimes I don't need to take the extra steps and simply pay 20 bucks to a homeless nigger on the street to shoot at people.  I also advise finding connections with "schizophrenics" offline and online, preferably those with known combat experience, lending weapons and names and addresses to "partake in festivities" or "babysit" through phone calls or direct messages in the manner of 50 Blessings from Hotline Miami.

It would be entirely possible to rob drug dealers. You have an advantage on the feds because they don't entirely want to hinder drug dealing for various statecraft/political/budget reasons. You are also not hampered by any oversight of your operations methodology or the need to establish "beyond reasonable doubt".

To reduce risk you could hole up somewhere in drone range of your target and use a drone to break+enter. The drone could be cheap enough that if a wigger with a yagi antenna pops out doing direction finding you can leave it behind instead of trying to recover it without getting caught. There are some places where drugs are really expensive, like australia with 300k for a kilo of cocaine. If someone's got kilos bound for australia and they have established near certainty of getting through, then the value of those kilos in the moment to the smuggling operation is going to be basically 300k even if they haven't reached australia yet. What would success look like?
The goal clearly isn't just "how to get money". It also isn't "how to move to Thailand" or "how to get a girlfriend with green eyes" or even "how to void the power of anti-greatness petty authorities" While all very important questions, they don't cut to the heart of the escape instinct.
I find the most persuasive component questions to be: "how to make sure my kids aren't raised as zogbot slaves", "how to find and build trust with fellow competent freethinking men" and "how to spend my days in a way that is aligned with my truest desires"?

If you are cunning enough to have great schemes that harm the enemy and handle people problems, be the mastermind. If you meet one of those conditions, try to find a mastermind who can be your other half. If you aren't either, try to find one.

Some technical competence that you will find precious in any plausibly-prosecutable grey-or-darker plan is the sort that generally falls under "tech" or "hacking"- albeit not the sort you need to score a job in silicon valley. Privacy and surveillance are not inherently technological topics- but tech is relevant as it is a medium. Same thing with money transfers or money laundering. I imagine lawyerly expertise would also be a great boon.

If you are thinking aloud on how to stop the threat of the most simple form of artillery, one that most of the locals that armed in these corners of the globe already have and know how to use you should close you mouth until you gain something of a clue of the what and how of the armed forces exist on this Earth that keep the current state of things together.

Secondly: We were never forced onto a government—EO was invited into African (and other) countries by the legitimate governments of the day—regardless of their international standing. As such, we were viewed as allies and not as a threat to their governments. They provided us with the (very minimal) equipment we had and we had to develop campaign strategies with minimum means to achieve the desired ends. This required thinking out of the box as ‘ways’ had to be designed to enable meagre means to be applied to best effect. This brought its own challenges as most African armies were (and some still are) clones of their once European masters and this is reflected in their doctrines which were either designed to fight the Germans in WWII or the Soviets in Europe. These doctrines fail in Africa for numerous reasons. They remain outdated and irrelevant. So, the men of EO had to work at adapting these doctrines to retain flexibility and battlefield agility with lesser means.

Thirdly: The men of EO were integrated into the government forces and were seen as ‘fellow soldiers’ and not as ‘foreigners’. As Africans, we were (and still are) viewed as ‘children of Africa’ and we understood their cultures, traditions, fears and so forth, and we respected that. We also wore their ranks and acted according to their laws. We deployed with them, we mentored them during operations as well as assessed our training, doctrine, command and control, and so forth.  We did not train them and then send them off to apply their training in combat on their own—we were there fighting alongside them, advising them, suffering the same hardships they did.
