The argument that abortion is useful as a "eugenics" program is essentially retarded. Roe v. Wade correlates strongly to single parent households. This, more than any other factor, predicts life outcomes in the United States. If you're measuring by socio-economic status, educational attainment, crime, etc. legalized abortion is deeply anti-social and is a significant factor in "le based race science" silliness.
