Bodily Vitality
#41
For fitness, I do some HIT strength training according to the ideas of Arthur Jones, as well as some traditional hatha yoga.
My diet is traditionally European. I basically eat like my great-grandparents would have eaten, if they had been wealthy and had known Peat's insights

Do you know how the injury occurred? Also, do you use mixed grip? I found mixed grip would cause me to twist a little, and others have found this too. Switching to straps helped me avoid this. Can still get Grip training in via plate pinches or grippers. I don't like hook grip myself but some swear by it.
