Cats vs Dogs

You are doubling down on your overreaction. You are in a psychotic stupor, and need immediate medical help: call 911 as soon as possible. Kill your bird.

I just want to say this. Both are human companions.
Dogs are normally used as guards, while cats are used as maintenance workers.
But since humans breed weird kinds, they may be capable of both or none at all.
Kings tend to have big cats as their symbols. Scandi is a big fan of lions.
We use dogs to guard our property from big threats like wolves, stray dogs, and other men.
But we use cats to guard our properties from small threats because dogs aren't nimble enough to catch mice and bugs.
The cat is also a symbol of aristocratic beauty; it's like a living shire, and their arrogant attitudes make them look nobler than dogs.
Humans generally see dogs as friends while seeing cats as family members, hence why cat owners are more willing to sleep with cats.
Saying Cat vs. Dog is akin to saying guards vs. garbage collectors; civilization requires both.

I am Asian anon btw I am not Chinese, Korean, or Filipino.
I forget to add that I am generally more of a cat person because they are culturally breed in my country to be cuter, and more beautiful than dog.

A bird without its wings is a like a man without his mind. If you have ever felt the sufferings of industrial society, you would understand its pain, but still not it’s depth. To let it live is condemning it to torture until it dies. The only mercy you can give it is to kill it now. Please, do the good thing and euthanize your parrot. It was never meant to be trapped like this.

This is not that unique of a story either, example being the Japanese Hatchiko. If you were to really look there would be no shortage of such stories.

Do cats have such an equivalent? They’re just an animal to me, but dogs represent loyalty itself.

The cat of the chief Imam of the Islamic community in Serbia would refuse to leave his grave after his burial, even tried to dig the dirt. I've heard other such cases, but don't really remember them.

Cats aren't exactly disloyal, just a bit taciturn, autistic or schizoid you could say. Not all dogs are loyal, either - Byron, or some other English poet (I've seen it a long time ago) wrote about this - wondering what his dog is doing after he abandoned the household, concluding that he went to whoever fed him afterwards.

Also my cat does his business outside, u mad?

I've never met a Christian cat that loyal, I think this proves that cats are Muslims

Muslims are very fond of cats. Russians are absurdly fond of cats as well, to almost the same degree. An interesting phenomenon which I have always wanted to look into.

I am a man. Men like masculine things. I like anime girls. Anime girls are masculine. Said creatures draw their appeal from being doggish. Even in the case of the tsundere, the character is never ‘hard to get’. It is a faux-feline aesthetic. In reality the union of the male protagonist and the tsundere was already written in stone. The female anime character’s actions are subsequently organized around being the main character’s love interest. A difficult reader may point out that this is not the case for Cute Girls Doing Cute Things (CGDCT). This is wrong. When men watch lesbian porn, they always think about how the situation may satiate their own desires. For healthy men, they fantasize of how the situation could be turned into a threesome. In which case the intimacy of the lesbian couple is still organized around the man’s pleasure. However, for sicker men, the characters may play into their libidinal crossdream fantasies.

Am I the only one that is bothered by the way dogs smell? As an aesthete that bothers me most with them.

I made a helpful chart as a visual aid to my beliefs on this matter.

This reminds me of that Rivelino guy on Twitter. He made more than one thread about his view that cats are for women and dogs are for men, owing to the fact that dogs embody the qualities that men want in women. It struck me as demonstrating the homosexuality of the PUA-sphere. Cats have been associated with women for millennia. If he thinks that women should act like dogs, maybe he ought to try Grindr.

In any case, even though I prefer cats, I don't think either could be said to be the domain of a particular sex. Many women love dogs because they're like taking care of an infant. My grandfather forbade cats in his house because he thought they were useless.

my cousins have the sweetest cat. her coat is soft and her body is lean from spending much of her time wandering the fields and forest. she rather prefers the quiet and when i visit she likes to hide away from the commotion in my lap or next to me in my suitcase, which is the most physical affection i receive from any living creature. somehow this cat strikes a perfect balance between alluring independence and feminine clinginess; exactly what i find attractive in a girl. if it were human i'm certain i'd fall in love.

Unless the Cat is a Big Cat they are not cool. Lion, Tiger, panther, Cheetah, Et Cetera. Dogs on the other hand are cool if they are big Dogs that can kill stuff and Attack(although Pitbulls are Nigger Tier).

Are we talking about all Cats(Big Cats Included) or just house Cats?

If Just house Cats I’m a Dog Person, If all Cats then I’m a Siberian Hyperborean Tiger Person.

Having a Tiger mount like He-Man would be cool.

I have Never Driven anything Bigger than a Mini-Van. Also Big Trucks seem unwieldily, but I could change my mind after driving one.

"My honor means loyalty" deeply resonates with me. And i always liked the wolf pack/mannerbund image. Dogs are closer to my heart for sure. That said i think cats and big cats in particular have some of the most admirable traits too, the lion is pure egotism, they're not protectors, they're takers, despots and tyrants who take what they can by force and are in turn taken down by a stronger younger lion, the tigers are almost a perfect self contained nature. I would say my favorite animals are crocodiles, tigers and wolves. This post is not an argumentative effort, i posted it just to add my preferences to the pile so an Observer can some day profile the amarnites better.

Is it more common for members of the older generation to dislike cats? My grandfather hated them to, I wonder what the generational divide there is.

This soldier, I realized, must have had friends at home and in his regiment; yet he lay there deserted by all except his dog. . . . I had looked on, unmoved, at battles which decided the future of nations. Tearless, I had given orders which brought death to thousands.

Yet, here I was stirred, profoundly stirred, stirred to tears. And by what? By the grief of one dog.

I, and probably most people here, have known or at least know of friends/people they respected who liked cats and dogs. That should be the end of the discussion.
