Life After Cancelation

(Deleted earlier version because it contained too much PII)

Years ago the worst thing happened to me -- I got doxxed. It was not a minor thing either. A major online newspaper in my native country wrote an entire online article about. It accused of many things, the chief among them being that I was some kind of far-right radical. None of this is true, but that did not matter. They printed it and my life fell apart.

Here's where I stand two years later.

1) I lost four jobs. The two jobs that I had at the time "fired" me to appease the newspaper, but in reality they let me quit. One of them even helped me move to a different country by paying a moving company. I lost two more jobs in my new home when they became aware of the article. One even fired me after three days lol.
2) My mother's side of the family has more or less disowned me. Besides a based centre-right cousin, none have reached out to talk to me by phone or email in two years. Sure, you could say that I have a responsibility to reach out too, but their disloyalty hurts too much to gloss over.
3) I am financially secure now. I work multiple jobs, make good money, and stay out of trouble. Yet, my ability to move up the socio-economic ladder is hamstrung, so my future looks confined to mostly blue collar jobs.
4) The paranoia is the worst. I only hang out with one friend who, though liberal, is loyal and good mate. Dating? Forget about it. I have no desire to walk on eggshells for women, or put myself in a spot where I have to explain my past.

Paranoia is the worst part. Everyone with an iPhone is a potential Stasi informant. Normies, especially women, seem to take glee in ruining lives. It is hard to trust anyone.
So, my friends, take OpSec seriously. Don't put PII on social media, for Antifa types call such info "crumbs," and they use it to build cases. And trust me, they can be VERY PATIENT. We have to conduct ourselves like dissidents behind enemy lines.

My advice? Be careful and live somewhere non-urban.

Sorry that happened to you, but this doesn’t have much useful information besides “be paranoid”. It’s very hard to tell but it sounds like you might be hamstringing yourself. If it’s not true that you are a far right radical then there can’t really be any proof that you are besides a single defamatory newspaper article written years ago in a different country. You might have some limiting beliefs as a result of this trauma.

What motivated these antifa types to attack you? How famous were you?

A commenter on Jim’s blog was saying that “the Internet is forever” is bullshit and people get stuff irrecoverably removed all the time. Unless you’re super famous you can probably clean this up by waiting it out and hiring certain companies that specialize in this.

You didn’t even get fired from your first two jobs holy shit. Like Vox Day’s SJW survival guide says, never admit guilt, never apologize, never resign. Sorry for being harsh but this is pure despair and some things don’t really add up.

Yeah, I will never apologize ever. As for the deleting stuff, I looked into. It cost $700 a month. Ridiculous. And no I was not super famous, BUT I did write a book for a far-right publication under a pseudonym that became sort of popular. As for advice, I’d say never ever write under your real name. I made that mistake.

And yes, I am probably hamstringing myself. Most people don’t care. It’s mostly in my head. Not to get personal, but I was kind of fucked up even before this happened—vet, was in abusive relationship, childhood cancer blah blah blah.

As a very neurotic, yet staunchly right wing person, I definitely empathize with the paranoia, although I haven’t gone through as much as you have. Keep your head up and try not to give into despair. You can create your own luck through hard work and strategy so that you’re ready when opportunities appear.

Thank you, my friend. Life is a war. It’s all about sticking in the thick of the shit.

Are you in the US? If so I'd gtfo asap. People outside of the US are waay more sociable and easy to get along with. America in particular has this weird feeling like nobody trusts eachother and if you go up and strike a random conversation people feel like you're breaking and entering + 2 years of lockdowns really fried people's brains.

I blew my early 20s trying to be a bodybuilder and didn't go to college, got a mobile job before lockdowns and made some money w crypto and travelled to Bali/Greece and it changed my life. Wait it out, change your name or go somewhere else imo. Unless it's something mega-fcked like peckerwood face tatts and a criminal record you're probably not as bad off as you think.

To put it bluntly, I was basically a social pariah on par with charles manson for my expressed views in my time at school, and it is a wonder I was not kicked out of school, sent to prison, and put on estrogen. Obviously I will never desire the attention of an organized harassment campaign against myself, it is one of my biggest fears, but it is reassuring to hear that you have faced this trial and overcome it. I appreciate the advice. I have already started using a vpn but I still have a ways to go in securing my information and frankly I've been far too lenient until now, my thanks for the reminder to get serious about it.

I also intend to leave as a political exile from my current country to one with less strict laws against "our thing" (very few countries like this, considering starting a thread on it).

I especially took note of your point that you were not a far-right radical when the article was published. I'm sure no one believes you, but know that you have my trust in the matter. It is one of the reasons I am so virulently against the current society, I can have most of my rights/privileges in society taken away for just an accusation against my character that can only apply to my race, let alone all the other problems with it. This is not a reasonable society and not one I can live in.

Thank you, brother. Yes, you seem like you have a good head on your shoulders. The contemporary epoch is so painfully stupid and evil. It is always nice to find other likeminded people, even if no IRL.

I also agree with this. Look at someone like Thomas for example. Sometimes you just need to not give a FUKK.

Not going to off myself. Cioran, an arch pessimist, considered suicide pointless and I see no reason to argue with that. As for being like Thomas, I guess I have to find my COO and be a PECKERWOOD SHARK

No crazy face tats or anything. I actually used to live abroad and did not like it as much as I thought I would. It could be an option still. Either that or join the French Foreign Legion.

Why in particular are other countries better than the US? Maybe just Greece is better and a lot of other countries are far worse. To me, America seems to have the most freedom, security, and opportunities to make money.

Had a friend who experienced something very similar. His greatest regret, which will follow him for the rest of his life, is that he was insufficiently careful with online privacy in his teens - like many doxxes, his is deliberately designed to mock and humiliate, and his doxxers had ample material from long-forgotten accounts and silly teenage photos. To him, this is infinitely worse than any loss of job prospects - his pride, and his freedom to construct/inhabit a dignified adult persona, have been stolen irrevocably.

Anyone reading this - spend the next three days obsessing over every trace of yourself you may ever have left online, and systematically purging anything that links to your real identity. If you don't do this, you'll be amazed what a Hope Not Hate employee with access to web scraping software and anonymous offshore website hosting will find and put up outside the reach of lawsuits. Don't wait. My friend was not someone important or especially public - it can happen to you.

Which VPN do you use? Almost all VPN services are honeypot kike shills.

Only Russia is viable, and even they have crippling problems, as their oligarchs are mostly Jewish, their economy offering no future or hope, and with their color revolution agitators waiting for Putin to drop dead.
