Far more grey case. I really hate this story because the primary factor at work here seems to have been how insanely drunk everyone was. That, the age of these guys, the fact this old guy somehow pulled a fucking knife while in his bathers in a river. Obviously the teenagers surrounding and knocking this guy around is bad, but I think that actually does constitute rowdy teens being teens. The most aggravating factor that goes beyond that seems to be the nigger with the phone filming and whoever started screaming about pedophilia and hyping up the guy as a hyperweirdo for moving towards them (was that phone-nigger? I can't tell).
I'm not happy to see this called a homicide, but I really don't feel like I have enough to call it anywhere. Even having read commentary from different angles. Funnily enough watchpeopledie tends to have fairly balanced looks at this kind of thing. Someone claims he left and came back with the knife, people are saying there was a cut of some time in this recording, it's hard to say with all of this stuff flying around.
