The Wilful Enframing of the Female Gaze
#1
Please forgive my brevity,

Imagine if you will,

A woman clutching her phone covertly filming her boyfriend/husband/brother/son engaging in some kind of activity... enjoying himself...

Framing him as a wholesome chungus simpleton.

His immersion and enjoyment breaking upon discovery of his being recorded, confused at why she would be filming him, and reflexively nervously laughing upon his realization of her disrespect and ridicule. Or the clip switches to the portrait camera to show her cowardly silent performative exaggerated expression, often a head jerking furrowed brow in confusion of such engagement with the activity or a hand over her mouth snickering in dismay.

Worse still is the woman, showing off her feebleminded partner as a symbol of her superiority. Rewarding him with complements and framing her recording as documenting his "cuteness", when in reality she is asserting her dominance over him and making this known to the world.

These men and the activities they engage in are never portrayed as noble, always subservient and orientated beneath her, the learned, detached anthropological witness.

Alas, this is but the beginning...

Now, we have men themselves deliberately constructing narratives and content specifically framed within this framework...

Content made to appeal to this narrative of the simpleman. A memetic portrayal of a feminized, trivialized, and deemphasized masculinity. The man is a malleable, predictable, idiot.

Feigning enjoyment in the simple act he is specifically performing for the audience, who's tastes have been wholly formed by the aforementioned female filmmakers. A sad wilful manifestation of the incentivized humiliation imposed upon men. These men will most likely benefit from their contortion into watered down ameoba-like cretins, I would imagine plenty of women will be praising their nonthreatening wholesome chungusness in the comments.

It's over for everyone involved...

When men want to get a woman to like them, they will subconsciously stoop to their level, most commonly on the form of acting like a clown. Most of us here do something similar say when trying to get an animal to like us, one has to disarm themselves due to the inherent inferioriry of the animal. In gynocratic society the clownshow peacocking antics men put on deliberately to make women feel less intimidated by them are taken to be men's only and true nature, with intellectualism, war, and technology being things men only get into if they've been "damaged" and need to go to therapy to rediscover their normalness (eg the total donning of the clownsuit - erasing everything you are serious about in favor of being a full time clown). This is an outgrowth of female solipsism...women have trouble even understanding men at all in a non-clown context, and many of the more attractive ones have likely only ever been around men acting like clowns. It's also just plain insecurity, many women being hysterically emotionally attached to the idea of men secretly having faked all their virtues and some great reveal happening that proves women were "right" about their pathetic, primitivist unimaginative arrangements for society.

I can think of a few things related to this.

I'm thinking about the 'mancave' and what it implies for the house in general -- that a man has a separate area divided off for himself, within his own house. Obviously the implication is that the house is not his, and that he gets a room to decorate and practice ultimately harmless hobbies within it. He is given his own enclosure under the cool eye of the woman. Definitely a more castrated Millenial kind of practice; likely because Zoomers do not have their own homes yet.

The tweet 'nice 400lb squat she let me hit because i'm goofy' which was doing rounds a while ago is another example. The minimizing of all pursuits only as a means to acquire women, and the implied infantilization of the man, that he is 'goofy' is a good thing, and because of it she (the keyword) let me hit. Ultimately, she chooses. He has no authority.

A more recent occurrence would be the 'guys digging holes' meme at the beach . This is something that I felt an immediate repulsion to; there's a kind of performativity -- that men do it 'because they're just silly'; that they have their petty, harmless activities that act as a fulfillment of 'Guy Needs', needs that are totally severed from anything that actually invokes or could be conductive to a feeling of power. I often go to my local beach, and following the surge of the meme I saw a direct reflection on the sand: more holes were being dug. And in this is that men feel the need to perform in order to become themselves, and pick up any memetic tool in order to do so.

What I mean by 'become themselves' is that in the absence of any truly meaningful pursuits that could increase the feeling of personal authority, of power over oneself and more importantly one's surroundings -- the absence of anything that is essentially masculine, men instead look for modes of differentiation or a personhood that grants acceptance under the yoke of gynocratic rule. Where one is unable to exert himself into positions that permit greater leverage and interfacing with the world, he looks for valid modes of pursuit within his cage. The hamster runs inside his wheel. What is abhorred is the expression of masculinity in its actual sense. Basically the Longhouse, though the word has become poisoned now.

This is exactly what the Halo tv show was.

They made it human by correcting the Master Chief's emotional baseline from that of a boy and man to a 21st century enslaved soy-creature. The protagonist's warlike behaviour that was in the original work explicitly stated to be fortune-granted indulgence of human nature was turned into the symptoms of brainwashing, psychosis, and literal mind-control devices. Women have it completely backwards. As you say they think that the suit is nature and that nature is a contrived aberration.

Of course anybody halfway acquainted with history and serious study of human beings can tell what's actually real. You can't trust or talk to anybody who won't get this. It requires wilful ignorance to hold. Some people have never been prompted to see yet, that's one thing. But many more refuse to see.
