What on Earth do we do with this character?

Is he a menace to the site and a drain on quality as some have suggested? Or a source of valued input and cutting edge insight into the human condition? Must he go?

Well it’s too cruel to really ban him, but him being allowed to say things that might be wise written terribly under the guise of schizo because it looks so freaky is something that should not be promoted. 

He brings life to the forum, but also he has not written anything profound or well thought out. He adds all these terrible threads, and some are useful, but should be add so many? I get that any restraint put on his will be hostile and he has no reason to try and change himself for others reading pleasure or some vague sentiment towards quality, but I do humbly beg him to make better worded posts with less but not complete loss of style. Voting that he must stay. His arrival has coincided with more people using the forum, resulting in some thread discussions being resurrected with timely replies, or new threads begun by him. I am assuming it is a benefit to the forum that he is here, even if the Unicode style is controversial.

I don't like it. He is a low quality poster, putting aside the gimmick. He is aesthetically annoying. Amarna is a quality site and it should not compromise on quality for cool meme accounts. Svevlad may have a point, but that point is now in the past.

Hadn`t really thought of it that way. Though I don`t believe Unicodebrah is a threat to the site`s quality, as he is only one poster who has a meme-y "gimmick", it would be terrible to see a wave of users trying to either imitate Unicodebrah or to establish their own retarded, annoying gimmick that gets old quickly (or is never funny in the first place). 

That said, he ought not to be punished for a potential problem that *may* arise later out of a precedent he (and the mods by virtue of having not banned him) set; were such a thing to happen, the mods could simply ban those accounts that do come here and "shit up" the forum with low-quality posts that are hard to read for one reason or are otherwise gay/annoying, though that might not even be necessary because people here generally have little tolerance for gimmickposters, idiots, etc. and would probably work to drive such a person away.

Going to add another comment for this discussion.
Other than the Unicode style, the main opposition centers around his frequent posting. His account contains the largest number of posts among those created in 2023, with about 13.89 posts per day. This, with the combination of the Unicode, has drawn the ire of some members.
I do have reservations about the forum itself becoming monopolized by any new user, and would like to run through two of the counterbalances possible here: one is a higher frequency of posting among all the regular users, and the other is banning the new user. The first counterbalance would be most useful in the long-term for the forum, because a concern about quality posting and the revival of topics would inspire a collective effort — it is irrelevant if that is done through the efforts of ten users or twenty-five, as the result is the same. Those who wish to preserve the spirit of Amarna1 can participate. If the Unicode poster is able to hijack the entirety of the forum, this points to a problem of inaction amongst the members.
I am unaware on the particulars of who's been banned on the site, and only know that AryanGenius1488 and another unnamed user (the Member's List used to show a series of coal emojis by him and an "ACK!") have been banned. I will presume for the time being that AryanGenius was banned for constant belligerent posts regardless of the thread context, and the other for consistent low-quality posts. If it is determined by the users that there is no noticeable quality to the posts, then a ban may be in session, but this is entirely up to the posters. What should be determined by the users, though, is if the lack of quality is exceptional to the poster. I leave that question to those in this thread.
Perhaps one solution to this problem, without banning or tacitly forcing others to post more, could be to limit the amount of posts made daily. This would have to be a reasonable number, in a range of twenty to thirty posts per day.

I don't believe that Amarna ought to abide by soft moralism. He is himself reducing the quality of the forum and inviting others to do so by precedent. Never matter if he is punished or not punished, but he ought to be removed because this would increase the quality of the forum.
