Not really no. Outside maybe tightly knit religious communities(and even then whoring around occurs, it’s just not openly talked about). Usually this is avoided by extreme pressure to get married just out of high school.

This shows a recent decline and they haven't officially changed their methodology. It is notable that this isn't how I would fake the data if I were trying to increase my youth-sex-problem-intervention budgets.

Their questionnaire leaves some definitions to be desired. They appear to consider two girls kissing each other for a couple minutes to be le heckin valid sex, if the girl says so. Half of the sex they report is not heterosexual, but they don't tell us how much of that is fags or women. It is unclear what the ages surveyed actually are, probably around the average highschool age so 16 or so if we presume they surveyed indiscriminately.
