On the other hand, a self-respecting autist discovers a band, gets obsessed with them, and listens through their entire discography. Notably, we had a few bands in common, Primus being the particular one I remember. I think it'd be interesting to put together a sort of list of 'Amarna-core' artists, musical projects that lend themselves nicely to autistic obsession.

Anyway here's my current obsession, Master Boot Record

Orgasmic "solo" at 2:00

I wouldn't say any consensus change occurred around this, more like more people came to the internet who liked it, but I remember feeling quite alone for thinking this was one of the best guitar solos ever. Nowadays the more popular uploads are filled with comments about this, so it seems well-recognized by now. And it is indeed incredible in its musicality and phrasing. I think it helps too that they reserve a really good, grooving bassline specifically for this part of the song.

A mix I find quite catchy. Not much more to say.

This is great. Absolutely adore it.

Have I posted this yet? Even if I have I'm posting it again. Breakcore mention in the shoutbox reminded me.

^I particularly like this remix over the original version of the song.
